Research Terms of Sale.
These Research Terms of Sale govern the purchase and use of all products designated as "Research" or labeled "For Research Purposes Only" on the Biohacker Solutions website. By purchasing any research product, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
Critical Notice
All research products sold by Biohacker Solutions are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and educational purposes. These products are NOT for human consumption, veterinary use, or any household application. Misuse of research products may violate federal, state, and local laws.
Eligibility Requirements
Research products are available exclusively to qualified individuals and organizations. By placing an order for research products, you represent and warrant that you meet one or more of the following criteria:
Academic Researcher
Faculty member, postdoctoral fellow, or graduate student at an accredited academic institution conducting authorized research.
Laboratory Professional
Employee or contractor of a licensed commercial, government, or independent laboratory facility.
Licensed Professional
Licensed clinical researcher, pharmacologist, or other credentialed professional with legitimate research needs.
Institutional Buyer
Authorized purchasing agent for a research institution, biotech company, or pharmaceutical organization.
Biohacker Solutions reserves the right to request verification of your qualifications at any time, including but not limited to institutional identification, professional licenses, or proof of affiliation. Failure to provide adequate verification upon request may result in order cancellation and account termination.
Permitted Use
Research products purchased from Biohacker Solutions may only be used for the following purposes:
- —In-vitro research: Experiments conducted in controlled laboratory environments using cell cultures, tissue samples, or other non-living biological systems
- —Analytical testing: Chromatography, spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and other analytical methods for compound characterization
- —Educational purposes: Teaching and training activities at accredited institutions under appropriate supervision
- —Reference standards: Use as reference materials for calibration and quality control in laboratory settings
All research must be conducted in compliance with applicable institutional review board (IRB) protocols, biosafety regulations, and local laws governing the handling of chemical and biological materials.
Prohibited Use
Strictly Prohibited
The following uses of research products are strictly prohibited and constitute a violation of these terms:
- ✕Human consumption — Research products are not dietary supplements, food additives, or drugs. Ingestion, injection, inhalation, or any other form of self-administration is strictly prohibited.
- ✕Veterinary use — Administration to any animal, whether domesticated, livestock, or wildlife, is prohibited unless conducted under an approved IACUC protocol at a licensed facility.
- ✕Household use — Research products must not be used in residential settings, for personal care, cleaning, agriculture, or any non-laboratory domestic purpose.
- ✕Resale or redistribution — Reselling, redistributing, or transferring research products to unqualified individuals or entities without written authorization from Biohacker Solutions.
- ✕Manufacturing — Using research products as ingredients in the manufacture of consumer products, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or food products.
Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination, cancellation of pending orders, and may be reported to the appropriate regulatory authorities. Biohacker Solutions assumes no liability for any consequences arising from the misuse of research products.
Disclaimer of Liability
Research products are provided "as is" for research purposes only. Biohacker Solutions makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability of any research product for any specific application or outcome.
Biohacker Solutions LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use research products, including but not limited to:
- —Personal injury, illness, or death resulting from improper use or self-administration of research products
- —Property damage, environmental contamination, or equipment malfunction
- —Failed experiments, inconclusive results, or loss of research data
- —Legal penalties, fines, or sanctions resulting from misuse or improper handling
- —Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
The buyer assumes full responsibility for the proper handling, storage, use, and disposal of all research products in accordance with applicable safety data sheets (SDS), institutional protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Purchaser Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree
- 01You are a qualified researcher or authorized representative of a research institution, and you meet the eligibility requirements stated above.
- 02You will use the purchased products solely for legitimate in-vitro research, analytical, or educational purposes in a controlled laboratory environment.
- 03You will NOT use research products for human consumption, veterinary use, household applications, or any purpose not explicitly permitted by these terms.
- 04You accept full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and disposal of research products in compliance with all applicable laws and institutional protocols.
- 05You release Biohacker Solutions LLC from any and all liability arising from your use or misuse of research products.
- 06You understand that providing false information regarding your qualifications or intended use constitutes fraud and may result in legal action.
Return Policy for Research Products
Due to the nature of research chemicals and the strict handling requirements associated with them, research products are subject to a limited return policy.
Eligible for Return
- —Damaged or defective products upon arrival (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence)
- —Incorrect products shipped (wrong compound, wrong quantity, or wrong concentration)
- —Products that fail to meet the purity specifications stated on the Certificate of Analysis (requires independent third-party testing results)
Not Eligible for Return
- —Products that have been opened, used, or had their tamper-evident seals broken
- —Products returned more than 14 days after delivery
- —Products that have been improperly stored (outside recommended temperature, humidity, or light conditions)
- —Change-of-mind returns or buyer's remorse
To initiate a return, contact our support team at returns@biohackersolutions.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. Approved returns will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.
