Terms of Service.

By accessing, browsing, or using the Biohacker Solutions website (the "Site"), mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

The Biohacker Solutions name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Biohacker Solutions LLC. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Biohacker Solutions LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the Site. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Site or its contents, any collection and use of product listings or descriptions, any derivative use of the Site or its contents, or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Biohacker Solutions LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Biohacker Solutions LLC regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements between you and Biohacker Solutions LLC.
